Our experience with them has been infuriating and unacceptable. After we started questioning their fee structure and pushing back against their practices, our account was banned and our reserves were withheld. They claimed this was due to "risk concerns," citing a list of alleged issues that, in our view, had no factual basis.

Our attempts to resolve the situation were met with evasive and unhelpful responses, leaving us out of pocket, frustrated, and seriously questioning the integrity of their operation. When we informed them that we intended to share our experience publicly, we were met with threats that they would ensure we would never be able to do business again.

After looking more closely into their operation, we uncovered what we believe are further questionable and potentially unlawful practices. Through this blog, we will publish regular posts highlighting the issues we have encountered and documenting our findings.
